I write men who hit hard and fall harder.
Max Harte is a bisexual man and romance author raised in Texas and now based in Pennsylvania. A lifelong lover of football, he writes high-heat queer love stories about elite athletes, impossible rivals, filthy mouths, control freaks, and the men who know exactly where to press.
The stories are romance-first: obsessive chemistry, masculine vulnerability, emotional intimacy, and happily-ever-afters earned the hard way. Football matters. So do the bodies—and the complicated men—inside the uniforms.
The Snap is Max’s debut novel and the first book in the Jockstrap Boys series.
